Filing a complaint In order to distinguish complaints, proceed according to the recommended steps:
1. Return/complaint form
Complete the return form/complaint and attach it to the shipment. Dokument powinien zawierać następujące dane:
Email address order number, phone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and date of occurrence of the defect.
2.Returning the product When filing a complaint, please return the product along with its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
3. Shipment
