Filing a complaint
In order to distinguish complaints, proceed according to the recommended steps:

1. Return/complaint form

Complete the return form/complaint and attach it to the shipment. Dokument powinien zawierać następujące dane:

Email address order number, phone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and date of occurrence of the defect.

2.Returning the product
When filing a complaint, please return the product along with its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipment

The complained product should be sent to the following address:

In accordance with EU law, you have 30 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract, complete the necessary declaration and send it to our address together with the return of the products and comments.
