The pipes form the sealed refrigerant circuit. The discharge line carries hot gas from the compressor to the condenser, the liquid line feeds the expansion valve and the thicker suction line returns to the compressor. Typical faults are chafing against engine parts, corroded aluminium near the fittings and leaking crimps on rubber sections, leading to refrigerant loss, weaker cooling and an oily film at the leak.
Compare the OE number, engine version and left- or right-hand drive, as the routing follows the engine bay layout. R134a and R1234yf systems use different service ports. Fit new O-rings and have the system evacuated and recharged.
Used pipes come with a 60-day start-up (functional) warranty and a 60-day return period, and orders ship within 24 hours on working days.
